The road is calling us again! It's the start of a new year of travel for MaryAlice and I. This year our first trip was a jaunt to Ludington, Michigan. It was a short 4 day trip but great to get on the road, even in winter. Now is time for us to hit the road to Anna Maria Island Florida. We've visited the island for the last couple years ... to thaw out from the winter and hopefully drag some of the warm weather to Michigan upon our return.
As we are wont, the road trip is part of the fun and we intend that this year we will travel an alternative route through Alabama. Of course we intend to sip some bourbon as well as check out the sights.
We're planning on a leisurely drive of around 3 days.... Stay tuned for pictures and further comments! Oh and Thanks for checking out our blog!
